5 Ways to Stay Healthy at Home (During Quarantine)

Staying at home all day in quarantine is bound to make us feel lazy and unfit. Laying in bed seems like the only way to pass time. However, during such a time like this, it is extremely important for us to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Here are some general tips that should be followed to ensure we do so!


Exercising Daily: 5-10 minutes from your day are enough



Taking a Walk or Cycling Outside: Getting sun and fresh air is important, especially after long hours inside.



Eating healthy: Eating nutritious and proper foods and maintaining a balanced diet is essential to make sure your body stays fit and strong.




Staying hydrated: Drinking at least 8 cups (1.9 L) of water every day is suggested.




Maintaining a healthy sleep schedule: Teenagers are recommended to get at least 8-10 hours of sleep every day.
