During a trying time like this, at least we all have a chance to bond with those closest to us. Here are a few family-friendly exercises that anyone can do at home.
SECTION ONE: BODY-WEIGHT
Planks (30-60 seconds)
Lunges
Take a step forward and slowly bend both knees until the back knee is on the floor.
Stand back up and repeat with alternating legs.
Sit Ups
SECTION TWO: CARDIO & AEROBICS
Jump Ropes
Jump Squats
Sink down into a squat.
Bend your elbows back as propulsion for the jump.
Jump as you pull your elbows forward.
