Exercising at Home

During a trying time like this, at least we all have a chance to bond with those closest to us. Here are a few family-friendly exercises that anyone can do at home.


SECTION ONE: BODY-WEIGHT


Planks (30-60 seconds)


Lunges


  1. Take a step forward and slowly bend both knees until the back knee is on the floor.

  2. Stand back up and repeat with alternating legs.


Sit Ups



SECTION TWO: CARDIO & AEROBICS


Jump Ropes



Jump Squats


  1. Sink down into a squat.

  2. Bend your elbows back as propulsion for the jump.

  3. Jump as you pull your elbows forward.
