Now that it’s nearing the end of the summer break, universities are in concern and started to announce their method of teaching-learning for the fall semester. Rutgers, Harvard, Princeton, and Georgetown have announced plans for a largely online fall.
Meanwhile, some universities plan on fewer students on the campus and class. For example, Bowdoin College is only letting the first-year students come to campus along with a few senior honors thesis students & those who have home situations that make online learning impossible.
While Stanford University plans to rotate students with half on the campus on the quarter and another half the next.
Although there might be some changes, 8% of US colleges plan on fully applying online fall with a limited number of students and real classes and around 60% plan for in-person classes or blended classes.
