Looking for a good romcom with a dash of drama? This is the movie for you! 27 Dresses is a movie that follows the story of Jane, a woman who’s a romantic idealist. She’s attended about 27 weddings. Jane tries to go out in the world in an attempt to find a man that’ll change her ‘always-a-bridesmaid’ lifestyle. She lingers in her own dreams of hopefully having her own prince charming, not knowing the drama that awaits her in the near future. The movie’s screenwriter is the same as that of The Devil Wears Prada’s screenwriter, Judy Greer. It’s a very endearing movie, with moments of humour, disappointment and romance. It’s not for everyone, but certainly a good watch if you’re simply looking for entertainment.
