Threes Company is a sitcom that tells the daily misadventures of a single man named Jack Tripper and his ever changing cast of roommates. Although the show might initially seem outdated and generic, the show has some if not the best acting I’ve seen in any sitcom. My personal favorite is a dentist prone to sociopathic tendencies. John Ritter in particular played his character perfectly capturing the enthusiastic and sometimes naive nature that is Jack Tripper. The show also does a lot differently that most other modern sitcoms these days. By this I mean the show puts the characters in very unique situations that are uncommon in sitcoms today. One of said situations is that Jack is forced to crossdress (Ms. Doubtfire style) as an old lady to win a cookie contest.
