TikTok is planning to sue the Trump administration after his executive order of banning the app in the U.S. The lawsuit will argue that Trump's action is unconstitutional and did not give the company any chance of responding. The ban could be fatal for TikTok. Washington feared that China could have access to American citizen data. The video-sharing app company, however, states that the administration justification for the order is baseless.
